The Design Phase

1. Proposal: Once the needs of your church or ministry have been determined and evaluated, a proposal is submitted detailing our solutions. The proposal includes a final project cost, contract, and an estimated time frame of the web project.

2. Contract and Deposit: Upon approval of the proposal and contract, your will submit an initial deposit (50 percent of total cost) along with the signed contract.  Cross Christian Web will begin developing your site. You can begin mailing or e-mailing any text, photos or additional content you desire on the website.

3. Creative Brainstorming: This phase allows the client to brainstorm on the creative aspect they would like to see on their site.  You also decide on or consult with CCW on what features will help your church, organization or ministry grow on the Internet.

4. Design and Development: During the design and development phases, we will create a color scheme, mockup design, and any necessary functionality for your review. Once you are satisfied with the look-and-feel of the design, we continue with the developing phases.  When we are finished, we will upload the site to a temporary domain location for your review and approval.

5. Completion: After your site is live at your domain location, the site is promoted using META keywords and to major search engines. You are invoiced for the remaining account balance due.  We will upload site to your domain where the site is then "live".  A final paid invoice is issued to you for your records.  An annual maintenance contract is then completed, as needed.
